Shipping Options
We offer domestic delivery services with US Postal Service (USPS). Ground shipments are normally sent UPS Ground with tracking and insurance included. USPS shipments are sent USPS Parcel Post or Priority (when able) with delivery confirmation and insurance included.
Sorry, we cannot accept COD's
Orders will ship out within 5 business days of payment received (Unless otherwise noted on store page). If an item goes out of stock after the order is placed, you will have the option of waiting for the item or a refund for that item and any applicable shipping costs. If the item is discontinued or no restock date is given, a complete refund will be issued.
Return Policy
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt and notify us of any problems. The Rusty-Crow will not refund or replace items after 10 days.
Unused merchandise in original packaging and in original condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days of customer’s receipt of order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please follow the instructions below for ALL returns:
** Contact TheRusty-Crow@msn.com to obtain return authorization. Any package received without return authorization will be refused or returned to sender.
** Return items must be shipped insured and with tracking through the carrier of your choice. No COD's.
** We are not responsible for any return packages lost or damaged by the carrier.

Damaged and/or Defective Products
Please notify TheRusty-Crow@msn.com of any problems within 10 days of receipt of order. Items shipped in error or received damaged will be replaced or refunded immediately. If item is damaged, please keep the item and all packaging for inspection by carrier and a claim will be filed. All claims are handled by The Rusty Crow.
